Good flavour
Used for a chiffon cake - amazing flavour as well as a beautiful purple colour.

Awesome but beware of staining!
This extract smells and tastes great, and just as I expected, will stain absolutely everything it touches. Mine arrived with one of the tops a tiny bit loose despite being well packaged, so there was a tiny leak, but I haven't removed any stars because of that as it seemed completely accidental and both bottles were individually wrapped with plastic on the top so the leak did not spread beyond the label of the one bottle. The color of the extract is gorgeous, SUPER purple! So far, I have only used it in pancakes just to test out how much to use to get a rich purple color, and a few drops is all it took. I am very happy with the quality of the extract so far and will be making ube cookies with it soon!

Delicious but quite expensive for what it is
Taking off a star because itโs quite a bit more expensive compared to other places. But you only need to use a tiny bit and I love it for making my ube ice cream!
