Wonderful pans!
I've had these pans about a month, not used daily, but almost. I love these pans. I had to replace my old "set" (set was really miscellaneous pans cobbled together over the last 40 years - different brands Revereware, Calphalon, Farberware, etc) because we bought a new conduction range so needed conduction capable pans. I LOVE this set. I chose this set because it had the larger 5 quart sauté pan (don't have any idea how you live with only a 3 quart). I was a little concerned because other reviews mentioned dings or scratches - but mine arrived 99% perfect - tiny little dent on the inside of the saute lid that I didn't even notice for 3 weeks (after nearly daily use) so it's even quite possible that I did it. No one else would ever notice it. These pans are heavier than I am used to because of the steel in the base, but that's true of all induction pans. They occasionally make a buzzing noise, but goes away usually by just slightly moving the pan, or on it's own in 10-15 seconds. I think that's typical for induction. Not an issue and noticeable only because I'm not used to it. The pans cook very evenly and clean up beautifully. There are ridges on the bottoms and some have asked if these effect the cooking or removing of food from the pans. Not in my experience (although I've never done fried eggs but don't see that this would be an issue). Nothing sticks to it. Because some reviewers had issues with dents I was hesitant to buy on line in case I needed to return. So I tried to buy through my local Kohls - DON'T do that. Kohls jacks up the "regular" price so much that when they were marked down 50% they were then the same price on the Circulon web site! Even at 50% off and with a 30% coupon you can still do better online. So I took my chances and am glad I did. I love the color of the pans. The handle grips are very comfortable, the lids fit securely. Best pans I've ever owned, and likely the last pans I'll ever buy.

Worth buying and recovers well from burnt food
Enough time has passed that I feel I can give an accurate review on this cookware. The only negative that I have is that they are almost too heavy for me to hold. I didn't deduct a star because that is due to my weak hands and wrists, not the product. They do a great job in distributing the heat evenly, and I have a lousy stove, so that alone makes them worthwhile. One of the skillets hubby set on the edge of the sink after washing it and it fell off. It has a small dent on the rim, but doesn't affect how good a job it does in cooking. As for cleaning up, they are great. I learned that when I forgot I had a pot on the stove (making tea syrup) and later on smelled something burning. The liquid had almost all cooked away and it was a mess. I thought I would have to toss the pan, but hubby filled it with hot water and let it soak. Drain, repeat, drain and fill with water and turn the heat on to get it good and hot. Drain and repeat. Wash, lots of scrubbing with elbow grease. He did the process again (it was really bad mess) and it came clean. I used it to cook some pasta, worrying that it would have a nasty taste. I came out as normal, no weird burnt tea taste.Pork chops, fish, chicken, homemade chicken noodle soup, pastas and many other dishes come out much better and the clean up is great. I do start it on a med setting which takes longer, but it is worth it.It is worth buying, the price is high (at least to me it is) but I am very glad that I spent the extra money. If you have problems in holding heavy cookware, then you need to take that into consideration, but otherwise it is worth the bucks.

Love Love Love my new cookware set
I've been waiting a long time to purchase a really nice cookware set. I've had my eyes on this set for a very long time and after much debate, i finally purchased on amazon. When it arrived, I was so impressed. I anxiously took everything out of the box and rush to the kitchen to start cooking (also, I must say that the way the company packaged this 13 piece set in the box was amazing). After I finished cooking, I had food that "appeared" to have been stuck on...but to my surprise, it was just an illusion. Cleaning these pots were amazing and were like magic. I simply had to wipe away my mess with very little pressure or effort. I don't know how else to describe this cookware set other than saying this is in fact the best investment I've made this month. The seller shipped this out asap and I received it in a timely manner. The seller also answered some questions that I had in a timely fashion and was very friendly and professional. Overall I love this set. It's a very "sophisticated" and fancy looking set of cookware. The quality is amazing and it was worth every cent. Unfortunately, there are only 5 stars because I would definitely rate this with 10 stars...

Better Than My High Expectations
I love these pans!I bought them for use with an induction range, which has not yet been installed, but I'll report back after I use them with that for a little. I've had circulon pans in the past, and really enjoyed them. These seem to be even better.my favorite thing, oddly enough, is the straining lids for the pots. No more colanders or lost pasta in the sink! They are high quality construction, they look nice, the handles are comfortable and don't get hot, and food doesn't stick to them. They're also easier to clean than other cookware I've had.You won't regret these. They're awesome.oh, one thing. If you haven't used Circulon in the past, be aware that sometimes when you're frying something (without moving it) it'll brown in the same pattern as the circular little ridges. Tastes the same, but looks like of strange if you're hoping for an even brown.
