Interferes with the car ignition system
The charger prevents the car from shutting down or starting up (model EX). So even though it does recharge the phone, it renders the car useless.Save you money. This charger is not useful.

Need separate cable for it to work properly.
Got this charger for my 2023 outlander. The problem is the cable on the charge mat is on the opposite side from the USB C port. It comes with an adapter but its cumbersome and gets in the way of the phone when trying to place it on mat to charge. I purchased a separate 90 degree male to female cable and now it works fine. See pictures.
