Hello , the capacity of each container is 500 ml , Size is 13.2 ×9.9 × 7 cm , So we think these are more suitable for children or snacks.

They are certainly easy to shut as long as you ensure the lid is not squiffy. They simply snap shut. Getting them off might be more tricky. Ive just cut my fingernails and had a bit of a job flipping up the flaps so don't trim yours too short. They are a bit stiff to start but loosen up with use. I have LOADS of them and use them all the time. Have done for years. May I suggest you get a small cheap one to start with and see how you get on with opening the flaps. If its ok then you can get the others than you want. If not, then you haven’t wasted a huge amount of money. I have a chum who has appalling osteoarthritis in her fingers and she uses them all the time. Good luck and really hope you find you can use them ok. x
