Treat yourself
This is the best hot chocolate mix I’ve found. There’s several different flavors and I like many of them so I get a good variety since I have a cup every night. It’s almost addicting. I’ve already gotten out of bed when I realize I forgot to have a cup. It is just such a special treat for me I can’t stand to miss it. It began as a Christmas gift from my D-I-L so I blame it on her! I’ve tried two other brands I found on Amazon and thrown them both away.

Great hot chocolate, incredibly unreliable packaging
The product is great. We've ordered multiple times, although this isn't the first time we've gotten it and the box is flat and there are open hot chocolate packages inside. Literally everything is coated in hot chocolate powder. Unknown as of now how many packets we've lost to poor packaging. So, product is great, but could use a sturdier box....and definitely not be shipped in a BAG.

Best hot cocoa packets I have tried
I have tried a lot of hot chocolate mixes and this one is genuinely at the top of the list. All of the flavors in the variety are solid, none of them are duds. It mixes easily, tastes rich, and is just really satisfying on a cold afternoon. Only reason it is not five stars is the packets run out faster than I would like.

I really like the taste, combined with coffee, or by itself. When it cools down a little, it doesn’t upset my stomach, like some brands.

Good cocoa.
These hot chocolate packets were perfect for the gift bags I prepared. They are standard hot chocolate with nothing special about them. I would purchase them again for the price I paid.
