Add water to the base!
Before purchasing this towel warmer I read the mixed reviews and watched all of the videos. Just like in several of the reviews my towels were barely warming even after 30 minutes! Having thrown away the box (don’t be like me 😕) I listened to the AI generated instructional video, which also did not show it, and asked if I should add water to the base. The chat bot said yes so I did. See video for outcome!

This little thing is awesome. Not only do I "spa moment" myself at least once a day, but I have sinus issues and have hung my head over it with a towel to open my sinus.

It's pretty MEH
I got this towel warmer as I'm a licensed Esthetician who wants to service people from my home as a side hustle. Did my practice go on my boyfriend last night and everything went great except this thing. It's such an odd design. I had no idea I had fill the base with water. The unit is small and flimsy. I fit about 6 facial towels inside, but the lid doesn't fully seal with ease. All in all, it's an okay warmer. It will likely do it's job for me just fine until I upgrade. I just think I prefer the traditional cabinet warmer to this. It's definitely portable, for sure.

Overall good find
works really well for my boyfriend who struggles with acne! good purchase. Keep away from any walls or anything that might get damp/wet while the machine is running.

Towels smells like chemical even after cleaning the steamer and using it multiple times . Cannot return it because used it .

Extremely good, you can use the steam towel for your face after a wash, or when there is any sort of pain, like in back you massage the area and then use the towel as a hot compressor. Really good, there is temperature control button. 6 towels came free.
