Works great
Sturdy and effective. Used both the saw and the clippers. Only needed to connect 3 tubes (about 10 feet) for branch cutting. Saw and clippers were sharp. Balancing and control might be challenging if full 27 ft is needed, but this is just a physics issue and not related to the tool itself. Overall very satisfied with quality for the price.

Solving the attachment issue
Works very well. Very sharp. There's is 1 particular pole that goes to the attachments. I noticed first hand and then came to the comments... The thread on the tools does not match all the attachments poles. Overall, once I figured that out, it's a good product. Light, compact storage, decent handle, comfortable to hold. Worth it for the value.

Saw blades do not attach
Worst investment ever. Saw blade attachments do not fit the poles groves. They do NOT match up and they will not take product back because I waited a week too long. I was frustrated!

Very good value for the price.
It has worked great for me. I feel I have already got my money’s worth.Using the last two extensions creates a bit of a challenge to control it and keep it upright.

Light, easy to assemble and easy to use, saving $$$ on tree services
As a 67 year old, I am extremely happy with this product. It was light, easy to assemble and easy to use. The product was very good at both cutting the branches with the pruner and sawing the larger branched once I got accustomed to working with them on the extended pole. This product potentially saved me $500 the 1st time I used it pruning my Oak tree in the back yard vs. paying a tree service to come in for the same thing. I highly recommend this product

No instuctions, tricky assembly.
As others have said, only one pole fits the two tool heads. And there are no instructions. So you WILL have to change the head each time, instead of leaving one pole attached to each tool. Why that brain dead design? ALL POLES should fit ALL TOOLS.I recommend adding some tape or paint to both tools and the one pole that will fit them. Even after I read only one pole fits, it was difficult to decide which one was 'the one' by eye.In any event, I was able to use it successfully, once I read reviews here to learn only one pole fits both heads. I was about to return it.
