I LOVE moonshine sours. Like it might be a slight problem (jk I drink one drink per week if any). If you have been to Epcot at the American Pavilion and had their Moonshine Sour and fell in love, then this is for you. Here is the best replica I have made!!Recipe:•Blood Orange Sour- 3 oz•BlackBerry Moonshine- 2 oz•Dash of lemon juice about .5 oz•Ice•Dash to taste of Monin Blackberry Syrup•Shake it like Shakira•Pour it in a glass and serve with blackberries to garnish.•(sometime I like to mix it up and add a little Topo Chico into it and make it fizz)Then simply pass away from how good it will taste! Needs more blood orange flavour and a little too sweet.
This is not bad. Would like more blood orange flavour, but not bad. A little on the sweet side for me and so, I add a tiny amount of citric acid to add some tartness. I only use it for flavoured water. It is a very runny syrup, close to water, so may need to play around with proportions.
