no use by date indicated when ordering
After buy this as a gift for my husband, I foolishly thought I could keep it wrapped up and in the fridge ready for Christmas...I thought I'd best check inside the box when it arrived only to find a little note saying the pasties had to be eaten by that day!!!!! So i have managed to save the beer for Christmas and thats it. There should be a note when ordering this product that the pasties do have to be eaten fairly soon. One very disappointed customer (but on the up side my hubby did love the pasties)

Got for my son in laws birthday. Great pasties, good beer. Make sure you time order correctly to the right day. It arrives fast and does not keep

Cornish Hampers sorted me out
I did write a previous review commenting on the same problem as others - i.e. that Amazon did not make the expiry date of the pasties clear - but not sure where it has gone. I also emailed Cornish Hampers and they responded v quickly asking for the order number and they have now sent two fresh pasties to my brother (the eventual recipient of the hamper) in good time. They are currently in the oven and I'm sure I will hear how good they are. My tip - go direct to Cornish Hampers - their customer service is very good.

WASTE OF MONEY
Arrived today. Literally a cardboard box with shredded paper, 2 beers and 2 pasties with a use by date of today! Waste of money

Best pastys my parents ever tasted!
Ordered this several times ,mum and dad love them.very fast delivery. Excellent present for my mum and dad in the winter.a tasty treat.

So I gave my friend rotten food for Xmas
The product review gives no indication how long the pasties will last until they go off.It isnt very long.I ended up giving my friend two bottles of beer and rancid meat for Xmas.
