Zicam is a cheap diluted Zinc. EZC Pak contains much higher doses of Zinc therapeutically dosed

How does it compare to Zicam for heading off a cold?

EZC Pak is formulated based upon large clinical data sets and contains therapeutic doses of its active ingredients. So the Zinc acetate dosing (this form of Zinc has the strongest level of data in mainstream data sets) in EZC Pak is much higher (100 mg --> 50 mg tapered over 5 days). Zicam is homeopathy. So it has serially diluted amounts of mixed Zinc gluconate and acetate and the amount of Zinc is not listed on the packaging. We feel strongly that EZC Pak is a superior product.
