Just like the regular Matzah balls!
We've now got a regular visitor that caught a virus in Asia, while doing NGO work. As a result, she now has a lot a food sensitivities. Among her dietary needs is to remain gluten free. She had never before been exposed to chicken matzah ball soup. I used the Osem vegetarian chicken broth with the typical chopped vegetables. The matzah balls were light, fluffy and tasty. She was pleasantly surprised and wanted to share it with her parents. I gave her some of both and a box to bring with her so she could make it for them. I keep forgetting to ask her how it went.

Gluten Free & Nobody noticed!
Made some for a large family dinner, I let my balls rest a bit longer than recommended. A good 25 minutes helps them get the right texture. Then you ease them into the bubbling broth bath as normal!I’ve also experimented with adding fresh ground herbs for a little fragrance and flavor. The balls hold up well to experimentation.

Never miss a holiday
Since my husband was diagnosed with Celiac. Kenedlach soup was missing at our table. This product is amazing. Worth it and no a staple in our home.
