I got a bit too excited making truffles lately and needed the proper 'equipment' to feel complete with my creations.I was looking for quality and quantity, and this gave me both at pretty much a bargain.Perfectly sized and simple for the star of the plate.I kept reading a lot of reviews before ordering complaining about having white cases through and through... darlings that's not the cases, more like separators!
