Is this one better than the S3?

I have not owned the S3. All I can tell you is that this one is the best I have tested. Your head will not go anywhere, your neck won't bend and you will be fresh during your trip. I usually wear it, my noise cancelling headphones and a plane blind fold, and I can sleep for hours on a comfy chair.

I have a long neck, will this support my head completely while I sleep on a plane?
