I ordered this knitting pattern. .The order handler decided to fold this A4 pattern into A5 and posted in a brown A4 cardboard envelope. Not sue why they did that, as there was plenty of room in the envelope. For the pattern to remain as a A4 pattern . For the person preparing my order I give a score of 0, as this is damaging the quality of the product purchase. The knitting pattern itself arrived on time and the pattern is easy to follow a score of 4. A nice little project to do.
