We received a defective piece, the agarbattis don't stand tall, not functioning properly,ash collection not happening, the holes are not properly done, although the design is good, it seems to be expensive, nice durability , can be used for longer time.

The product looks very elegant. But sticking the insence sticks into it is a tough job. The deepth of the holes for holding the insence sticks is hardly 2 mm so making it hold the insence sticks is really going to test your patience. And the claim about collection of dust ... Check out the photo... Total failure there too.So beautiful ... 5 StarFunctionality ... 1 StarIf you are looking for only beauty buy it. But if you are looking for performance ... Never buy
