Game changing piece of kit, I use it for tricep work and crunches. Lot more comfortable than the standard rope , the two levels makes a massive difference . Seems strong , well made but also light weight , I will take mine on holidays to use in other gyms.

I was a bit unsure as I had only ever used the rope with plastic handles. However, so far, this is great. The fact that it is a little longer makes it perfect for face pulls. Seems very strong and well made. I would recommend it as it is quite versatile!

This is fantastic for a variation of exercises on the cables. Definitely felt more of a burn in my triceps and was able to lift more due to the comfort. Way better than the rope attachment. Will recommend this to my entire PT group and anyone in the gym!

It's an all in one, the gym I use in the Military doesn thave many attachments for the equipment, the attachments they do have, are in a very sorry state of repair. This purchase has transformed my workouts, it's very solid made, very comfortable.

These are a great alternative to a standard rope or bar and I use them all the time

Good item. Plenty of length for face pulls. Comfortable on the hands. Buy a larger carabiner if you're using bands, as the one that comes with it is sharp, and will nic the rubber leading to premature failure of the band.

Really like these and use old my old home Gym equipment. Really strong and comfortable and can easily cope with the old equipment so has brought new life back to it. Thanks
