I ordered these hoping they would be as good as the same keys on Yale but they wanted double the price. They are excellent quality and work perfectly. I ordered them and about 15 minutes later they emailed me to ask for the key number codes and a photo. They were delivered the next day. Fantastic service.

Great service, ordered over the weekend, they contacted me on Sunday evening for the numbers required to complete the order which was dispatched on the Monday, keys arrived on the Thursday, both work perfectly. Would highly recommend.

I have ordered these keys with some trepidation -- compared with Yale official website and with Timpsons this pair cost 3 times cheaper. I have sent them key codes as per instructions and received keys in 3 days. Both worked on my 3-star Yale lock without any issues.For those, who wonders if it is possible to copy key without the codes -- it is, but not online and locksmiths will be very reluctant to do this. This key is classed as a 'security key' and you may be required to provide the proof, that you are the owner of the property. Besides, it will be much, much more expensive -- in fact, you may consider to by the lock replacement instead. So, keep your key card in the safe place!

The keys are a perfect fit, albiet slightly longer than the originals, however at this price it is not a problem.My only issue and perhaps a minor one is that it is not made very clear on the website how to order the right type of key according to the serial numbers.The company will e mail you and ask for the serial number. It is only because I was determined to get this key at the price quoted that I researched other reviews, and found out this is what happens.They e mailed me and I passed the serial numbers.So all in all I am very pleased, but had to work slightly harder than anticipated to get this very good deal.

Received my replacement keys several days late. That wasn’t the sellers fault, it was Royal Mail. These Yale keys had an A B C code and no plastic head, so sent a photo plus the three codes from my original key. Seller confirmed that it was OK. Received today and both replacements fit perfectly. A number of people sent me some negative messages regarding the type of key and code but they weren’t correct. If you send a photo plus the codes they will get back to you and confirm whether they can cut that particular model. Seller communication was excellent.
