would buy a different hutch.
Hutch ok not worth the price. Fine for 2 little bunnies but not as big as it looks in the picture. Instructions are totally useless.

Nice looking home
I changed my mind about this before it was even delivered! Having looked again at the measurements, I decided that the "Lodge" looked a much better idea. I therefor didn't even bother to unpack it. I did have to pay to send it back, but I'm glad I did.

Far too small for a chicken house

arrived in good time and was not too difficult to assemble but it is not as robust as the one we bought previously with flimsy sides, having said that it is ideal for Bantams which is what we wanted it for.

Lovely chicken house.We have two hens, would definitely recommend adding a run because the outside space is too small for them.
