This is surprisingly good. Texture and flavor like brown sugar. I used it in recipes in place of brown sugar and they came out well. I would suggest using slightly less than you would use of actual brown sugar though because you do get slightly MORE of a sweet flavor and there is a hint of a weird taste if you measure it exactly cup for cup like regular brown sugar.

Have looked for a substitute for sugar free brown sugar for years that tastes amazing, equal measurement for recipes. Well I will look no further!!! This product is DELICIOUS, SATISFYING, and will fill the bill totally for satisfaction. Order early because it takes a while to get, BUT WORTH EVERY DAY WAITING.

This is the first time I have seen a brown sugar substitute in a long time. I used to buy another brand at the local grocery store, but they discontinued it, and I was unable to find it locally or on the Internet. I enjoy putting it on sweet potatoes or steamed vegetables. I can't taste the difference between this and natural brown sugar. It also melts well and mixes with butter to really dress up a side dish. It allows one-to-one substitution for recipes, but I find it a little pricey to use in quantity. I am happy with my purchase and plan to continue buying it. I recommend this to anyone looking for a zero-calorie substitute for brown sugar.

Are use this to make chocolate, zucchini, brownies, and it was absolutely fantastic. It probably taste better than any other brownies I’ve made in the past. This truly does taste like brown sugar without any of the guilt. I’ve also use this in Asian recipes and it definitely adds the flavor and thickness to the sauces that you want Will definitely be buying this again . It is more expensive than regular brown sugar but they’re in no calories and it is keto friendly, so would be worth it. I also haven’t had any stomach issues with this like you can get with some other products.
