Get yourself a great seat cushion and you are sitting on heaven with this back cushion. Perfect size for me (I'm 6'3"), easy to set-up and excellent feel. Gives me all the support I need in exactly the spots I need it in! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

It's good, just didn't help with back issues
Overall it was great quality, nicely padded. I bought it to help what I thought was sciatica issues I was having.. that turned out not to be the issue. I will try it again once my back is fully healed

Good quality
This is comfortable and firm, the size is great too, but my back is so bad that nothing much helps it.

I loved it at first- it's quite comfortable but then my upper back started to hurt , however I do have back issues
