The tires are decent sized rubber so easy to roll outside. The frame is made of light weight metal that is strong. Easy to set up easy to size adjustable. The sling is nice and comfortable easy to wash. I got this for an emergency situation so I will have on hand at my rescue. Glad I did. Great value

Sometimes he drags them behind him, and occasionally his back legs stop working, causing him to fall. The assembly was quite easy. Once I put it on my dog, it took a little time for him to get used to it, but once he did, he was zooming around the house and yard.
