No it doesn't. That's why I bought rev x was to help with my cold start idle on my 6.0 powerstroke. I had to replace 4 injectors.

How many quarts does one bottle treat?

I'm guessing about 7/8 quarts per bottle... I know I needed two bottles for my 6.0l Powerstroke which takes 15 quarts of oil.
