I just want to say thank you for providing these fresh, holsome very tasty hulled pumpkin seed germs (pipetas). I sometimes bake them mixed with a little canola oil and some Greek seasoning with a slight trace of salt. However, most of the time, I just serve them raw. They are an excellent addition to all types of salads and soups. In the evening, I enjoy a 1/4 cup of pipetas while relaxing watching TV. Everyone should eat at least a Tbsp of pipetas a day. They are very low in calories yet provide plenty of energy. They are high in fiber and at the same time give you a full feeling. I really can’t praise these fresh little seed germs enough. I know that these seeds have been around for eons, however the health benefits have just recently become realized. I am somewhat hesitant about lauding so much praise on this product, for fear that it will become so popular that it will be difficult to purchase. I hope this never happens but just in case, I plan to stock up on them. I put them in small air tight resealable bags and freeze them. They keep very well for long periods of time. I guess that they are good. They dont really have a taste. Are they suppose to when you eat them raw for health reasons? I dont know. Just needed some gut cleaner for myself and my fur babes so I got the ones that seemed affordable. Nothing seemed to be wrong. Other than I just wish that healthy foods were more affordable for ppl like myself who truly needs it. But as for this company . Yes I would buy from them again. Unless they up the prices on me. But my dogs will eat them out of my hand after watching me eat them plain . Hope that helps. If you want to know detail. Might check on a post from someone who has tried many brands first. This is my first one. I'll keep ordering till I find a better deal. That's what's up.
