The entire line of Vivioptal is excellent. I along with my co workers notice of difference after 3 months of use. Feel better energetic, not jittery. Clear thinking and I highly recommend. I also use the one in the yellow box daily vitamin/mineral. Those are super good. Give it time to work. I never found a vitamin/ supplement that I noticed a difference. The gel oval cap is a little large but easy to swallow. I've tried many over the years. I've been taking these for a little over 3 years. Highly recommend both the Active and Vitamins, minerals in the yellow box.

This stuff is amazing. I first bought it in Walmart to test it out. What I like about it especially is that it doesn't have 100% of everything--this, you may say, is a bad thing, but it's actually a VERY good thing. 98% of all vitamins out there contain enormous amounts of vitamins that are unnecessary in their large quantities (like B6 or B12 or C that may have over 1000% or worse--8000%!). This is a good formula because if you do your research, you'll find that you don't want anything over 100-150% (your body doesn't absorb it and it puts an unneeded strain on your organs). This is why I keep buying this stuff and recommend anyone who is looking for a true supplement to do the same.
