I used to take metoformin for insulin resistance but those side effects was just too much and I couldn’t get the medication from gp so I did my research I found these would help and these are amazing I lost a lot of fat and it’s helped me with cravings and after a workout weeks later I can actually see a difference do your research I take 2 a day and on a reasonable lifestyle change only Been using this for a few weeks and I can see the difference. Easy to swallow and they actually work.
I am really impressed with these. They are easy to swallow. Packaging is good but keep out of reach of children or put in a tub with a tight lid. They have definitely worked for me already. I have been taking 2 a day, one in thr morning and one afternoon. Haven't ate sweet things for days. I would definitely recommend.

Good product, reliable company
Ideal small size, promptly delivered and good communications sum up this order/product. They do dissolve very quickly in the mouth (only downside) so have a drink ready to swallow them down.

No more being booted in the bum at night time!
I got this for Him Indoors as he suffers from restless leg syndrome and chromium is good for relieving the symptoms of the condition. He normally uses Solgar Chromium tablets as they are excellent at doing the job.However we thought he could use the Oxford Vitality tablets as they are more reasonably priced compared to Solgar.It is early days yet, but these tablets seem to be at least as good as the Solgar ones.

Nice product
Great product and it works for me perfectly. Seller is great and it was fast delivered. Only thing I was not very happy was the packaging as few of the tablets arrived a bit broken. Apart that I am very hapoy with the product and i will buy it again for sure
