One example is that in the new (white/gray box) version, "Sculpt A" *begins* with running in place, not a stretch. :/ Fine for those who choose, but...This original version is AWESOME. Beach Body ought to add this (all) of their back-order stuff to their sales, just like musicians/albums.

I had this on dvd, but my player quit, so I ordered it on cd. I feel better when I keep up with workouts and I have always liked the power 90 workouts.

Love this set, I originally did in early 2000’s. Recently recovering from long illness and it is a great start for working out again.

I really liked this workout it was fun and not too hard too do.
