Yes. I made microwave 2 minute bread. It was delicious: 4 TBLS seed meal, l/2 tsp baking powder, salt, egg, 2 tlbs water. Place in square microwave container. Nuke 2.5 minutes. Slice in half. Toast - butter. Very good!

Will this thicken soups & SAUCES?
