Good camera BUT !!!
This compact camera is an easy camera to use and has given me some very good pictures, BUT the cameras weak point is its battery life it is not good, in warm conditions I managed maybe 30 to 40 pictures but the colder the conditions using the recommended batteries I sometimes only got 4 pictures.

This product was a used ones.I thought they were new ones and one of them didn't work properly.I do not know how I could return them.Very poor cameras.Not good service by amazon on such products.

Eats batteries!
Great little camera, however the main drawback is it absolutely eats batteries, and certain rechargeable brands will not work in it, so you really need to be prepared to pay for decent batteries all the time.The good points, for a small cheap camera it takes very good pictures, the smart auto setting does work really well, but you can also play around with the settings if you are more technically minded.I'd have preferred longer battery life, but it is a pretty good point and shoot camera.

Battery problems
I downloaded the instruction manual for this camera and it said that either hi-energy batteries or rechargeable can be used. As soon as the batteries dip below 1.5v the camera packs up and you have to replace the batteries. The most pictures I've managed to take on a new set of batteries is.......2 yes only 2. Samsung don't want to know and just say they stick by their instructions. A nice little camera if only the battery problems could be sorted out. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Not Impressed
My kids put some cash together to buy this overpriced camera for us for Christmas. The batteries run down very quickly - so the actual photos work out quite expensive. The main thing is that you have to pay £10 for a memory card - you have to as you cannot store even one video - you get a memory full error! It is not so much the extra £10 that wound me up - it is the fact that you have to go out shopping again to get all of the mandatory parts.
