I'm very picky about what I feed my dogs. I make sure the food has no wheat, corn, gluten, or meat by-products. It definitely has to be made in a first world country. This dog food meets all my requirements. It is made in New Zealand, which I have never tried anything made from there, but I would trust it. The first four ingredients are duck, turkey, chicken, and chicken liver. It also contains green lipped mussel, which I have been feeding my dogs as a supplement for many years. It's supposed to help their joints. The size of the kibble is small so it’s easy for them to eat. My 10-year-old dog is missing seven teeth, so this is good for him. This food is a bit pricey, but good quality dog food is, and it’s worth it. My dogs love this food, but they would eat just about anything.

This food is easy to serve and doesn’t smell bad. Two of my dogs think it’s just great, the third has refused to eat it. I like that it has a variety of ingredients in one bag. Maybe the third one will get on board eventually.

Dog food is so difficult to rate because every dog has different preferences, so I'm rating this based on my dog's scale of interest! I've bought $100+ bags of food for him before only to have him decide after a few servings that he doesn't like it after all. He was raised to eat what he was given, but as he's gotten older and developed a health condition, this changed. This isn't me spoiling him for the sake of spoiling him, it's me trying to maintain his nutrition and health! I bought this food, and he immediately showed interest as *soon* as I opened the bag (see pictures). I've discovered that I can add this to the food he used to love (but stopped eating), and he now eats his entire bowl of food. This is HUGE! Not only have I not wasted money on a high-quality bag of food that he stopped eating, but he's getting a full serving of nutrition. The other food has flat, air-dried "square-shaped" pieces that don't have the typical kibble "crunch." I like that this food I'm reviewing does have that standard crunch, so he's getting two texture types while he's eating. Who knows? Maybe that's what he was missing! Regardless, he likes this new food a LOT, and I'm thrilled.

Grain free high protein dog food. It is made with duck, turkey and chicken which are the first ingredients in that order. Does contain chicken meal as well as peas, eggs, tapioca. I like that it contains green lipped mussels and manuka honey.I also like that it doesn't contain corn, potatoes or wheat. I recommend this! Thank you!

This seems like good quality dog food. It has nice ingredients. I like that it has different proteins since my dog has had issues with allergies, so it's always nice to find different sources of protein for her.The piece sizes are a nice size. I like that they are smaller so would be good for most any size dogs. I also like the size since I also use her kibble as treats at times, so these are nice little pieces. They also fit nicely into treat puzzles and balls for keeping her active. I appreciate that since some kibbles are larger and don't fit easily in things like that.My god really enjoys this food. I haven't fully switched her over but she really does like it. I like the ingredients. Very nice.

I decided to give this dog food a try, because based on the ingredient list, it’s what I personally would consider a premium dog food.I currently feed my lab a diet of homemade food that is supplemented with kibble. She took right to this kibble and loves it. The kibble size itself is smaller than other brands we’ve tried, so this would work for smaller breeds as well. This bag is 4 lbs. A bit on the smaller side, but will last a little while.I feel good giving her high quality ingredients that are low in carbs. I also like that Green-Lipped Mussel is on the ingredient list, something that will help her joints as she ages.Based on how well she liked this, I will be considering buying more.

I have a lot of dogs so this was more like a "treat". They INHALED it. I swear. They loved it. No complaints. No reactions. No throwing up after. No adverse reactions. Easy to chew (if they even did that), and was gone in minutes (no joke). They definitely loved it!

I have a very picky eater here. So picky that I have trouble keeping weight on him at times. I often make his food mixing chicken with pumpkin or squash, blueberries, and added protein, so this kibble hit the mark for me. He always sniffs whatever I offer and a lot of times just turned his head and walks away refusing to eat. Not with this food! One whiff and he cleaned the bowl without hesitation. I highly recommend this food for it's quality and palatability.
