Regarding pathetic quality and service centre support
Dear Sir,I regret to inform you that the quality of your company's biometric machine (MFS110) has been extremely disappointing, and the response from the service center has been even more unsatisfactory.I purchased two MFS110 machines with a gap of approximately three months between the purchases. Unfortunately, both machines started showing errors after hardly 15–20 days of use.When I took one of the machines to your Raipur service center, I was charged ₹1,500 for repairs. However, even after the repair, the machine is still not functioning properly.I kindly request you to provide the details of an authorized/genuine service center in Bhilai(C.G). Also, please guide me on how I should continue using your machines in the future considering these recurring issues.I look forward to your prompt response and supp
