I click it on, click again to 2 level, heat output great. I use it on my balcony. I don't under stand one thing on the remote, but I do not use that either.. Solid construction, great heat output, built for patio!

I like the design of this heater, it is thin and looks sleek. Quality is good, it has back handle which is pretty convenient when moving it. Easy to install and heat quickly.

It works great with my restaurant patio. It is very efficient and easy to install. I had gas one work great too, but too lazy to buy gas all the time.

Pasapair Electric Patio Heater us an excellent heater. We use it for our outside dog in the winter and it works incredibly good. We set the timer on it and it keeps our dog warm! I would recommend this heater for anything you want to get heat for!

This unit was simple to assemble and helps us continue to enjoy our back deck well into the cooler months. The height helps provide warmth to legs and upper body. We like the safety features and the remote for easy adjustments. A good purchase!

This is my fault. I didn’t read the description closely enough. There are only two (2) settings L1 (low) and L2 (high). L1 requires you to be within 1-2 feet to feel any heat. L2 requires you to be more than 4 feet from the unit to avoid the extreme heat. I’ve read the booklet that came with the unit numerous times. If there a way to regulate the temperature of the heat, I’ve been unable to figure it out. FYI, I have a Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering. Therefore, I am not a total idiot.

Sturdy heater. Well packaged. Heavy base. Heats up quickly High/low settings. It’s in the corner of a small enclosed screened in porch and makes the surrounding area warm enough to enjoy in 40 degree nights. Would purchase again!

Best heater I've ever purchased. It's incredibly quiet, efficiently heats the space, and has a compact design. What's even better is that it's fan-less, ensuring zero noise. Definitely a step above those noisy fan-equipped heaters in terms of warmth and silence.

I had a similar infrared heater and I loved it for instant on, no noise, and it would not dry out the air as much as air/fan heaters, and I wanted another as a backup. It was a little bigger than i was expecting, but you can see the unit is solid. As well, you can see safety messages all over the unit and box, and instruction manual. Took me no time at all to get it up and running.There are two settings. The high setting is fantastic and very powerful. Very easy to switch to the lower level which is perfect to leave on to maintain the temperature, (inside)I can't wait till this snow stops so I can use it on my large balcony. It is so powerful I am sure I will feel like i was in Florida.The remote control is handy and i believe you need to push twice on the “on” button for security reasons, although this is not mentioned. The automatic shut-off works for 1, 2, 3 up to 24 hr.There is a sturdy button on the top with a confirmation beep as well as a red light confirming you have a electric connection. There is a separate bottom base plate which is easy to screw on the bottom and performs well. The manual is very detailed and I am positive it will answer all your questions. I believe it will last a long time
