Almost Instant
Okay this might be a placebo effect but it seems to work. I get syatica not all the time but when it hits you know about it. This stuff works not forever and maybe not for everyone but I get an almost instant relief. Its not bad smelling and doesn't cause a noticeable cold feeling, which as one of my symptoms can be a cold water sensation is perfect for me. Well worth a try to see if it helps.

Works great with this, but only in short periods as my condition is more severe. Easy to apply with a cotton bud, and spreads really well, Glad I'd bought the small tinned to try. Maybe good if used in the early stages but glad to try,I would also recommend you to try. Super quick delivery.

Only used once so can’t really say seems okay smells good will update in few weeks great price bit greasy applying but soaks in okay

I used this cream but am not sure if this help me I can't see different I've used 3 times but no results , maybe you have to use more times

Inaccurate description and poor performance
This product doesn't do what it's described to do, I.e., relieve the nerve tingling after my knee replacement surgery. It's totally ineffective.

Easy to apply however the soothing effect lasts a minute or two at most, waste of money
