Me and my husband both like it
We both feel like these work fine, not sure if they work much better than 30mg but I use it only once in a while if I know I am going to be in situations that usually stress me out, my husband uses these if he has to stay home alone with kids :)) we don’t take them for pain so can’t tell if they work for that, we use them more for our minds to take the edge off. They are quite large and therefore bit uncomfortable though, so that’s why I took star off.
