I want to love these. I do. But the arch support in them is lacking. I wanted a flat that was going to be work wear, and these are super cute.The arch support feels like it's only on the back end of my arch, and too far back at that, leaving the front of my arch unsupported. Not only that, but the arches in each shoe feel as if they hit my feet at different places. Honestly, if I had tried them on prior to purchase, I probably wouldn't have purchased these. They do have a lot of potential and they are cute. I have yet to decide if I will return them or try to make them work for me.From a purely personal perspective, the toe box is too shallow. This is a common problem for me, as I often feel like this style of shoe leaves little room for my toes. So, keep that in mind if you have similar issues. I dont feel like this is a design flaw, necessarily, just a personal preference. If the arches were placed/sized better, I could/would probably overlook this entirely.Update 11/6/18: these are somewhat shiney, btw. Also, I've decided to to return these. They just feel that weird under my arches. Also, I paid $59.99 w/ "free" shipping from a non-prime seller. The box is clearly marked $49.99 had I purchased them in their store. Not so free shipping after all, I guess.

I have several pairs of this same shoe in different colors. I need the arch since a knee injury. The way it gathers in the back keeps it on my heel. I have narrow heels and shoes today are challenging to me, to fit correctly. My sadness with this one is that the front is just a bit shorter and the rounded edge goes right over a bone instead of behind it, as all of the others fit. I have had this stretched a little, to allow me to wear them for a longer amount of time without as much discomfort. I am sad that the style is no longer being made.

I usually wear a 9 but purchased a 9.5 to have extra room and this was a choice that worked well because of the soft elastic around the back of the shoe. I love the good soft leather. I am going to keep the shoes but I am very disappointed with the seam on the insole beneath the ball of my foot. This shoe would be so very much more comfortable if I could not feel that seam with every step. Whomever designed that seam has not worn the shoe!

When I had knee surgery in 2015, I fould it hard to walk without having arch support. I love shoes and had many, many cute shoes that no longer were comfortable. Moving forward, I found this brand and a few others. When I found this shoe, I was so excited about how it fit and how comfortable it was to wear. It came down to I now have this shoe in 4 colors as well as fabrics......leather, suede, snakeskin. I wish I could talk them into not dropping this shoe but it seems that is the way they are headed!

Just tried them on and like them. The high arch is great. Ordered a 9 W. I have somewhat wide feet but used to fitting into regular widths as that is what is usually available. Found these to be too big, as my foot kept slipping out of the back. Think I will see if they have a half size down... as the wide width felt comfortable.

I ordered this shoe in my normal Earthies size of 7. The shoe is about 1/4 size too big as my heel slips out irritatingly. Might have to do with the weird back part of the shoe - the bottom is longer than the top. Very comfortable shoe. My problem is with Amazon & the seller (ShoeConnect). I could SWEAR that the listing said Free Returns - I have a thing about paying for return shipping. But, alas, no, I have to pay $5.19 to return the shoe. I should have screen shotted the listing when I bought it.

These are really solid well made shoes. Wonderfully comfortable footbed. Unfortunately for me, they pressed painfully on one of my arthritic toe joints so I had to return them. A half size larger might have helped, but those were sold out. No fault of the shoes though.

They slip off in the back. I do have narrow heals, but, wide at the front. Still, other shoes from this brand are not a problem for me. They are the most comfortable shoes & slippers, & I have no knee pain when I am good about wearing them all day.
