Keeps my phone handy!
I got this to use on my elliptical machine. It has a tablet holder, which I use to watch workout videos or just tv shows/movie, but it didn’t have a place to put my phone. I’d end up using the cup holder and then I’d place my water bottle on a nearby ledge (which was definitely not safe). So when I came across this, I thought it would be perfect. Mainly, I just want to be able to see incoming notifications to know if anything’s important and, if necessary, answer a call on speaker. This does the trick. I place it on the middle bar and it holds up rather well. If I jostle the machine too much or tap to hard, it might move a bit but nothing out of this well. For my purposes, it works perfectly!

Decent, water-proof phone holder that holds my iPhone 12
I like that this phone holder is waterproof and made of plastic. It handles sweat and moisture with ease. There are no metal parts to rust or corrode. It holds my iPhone 12 tightly in its grip. The strap fits around a standard Peloton bike handle. The strap locking mechanism doesn't work that great, though. It latches, but it takes some effort to make it stay latched. There are two parts to this bike holder. The parts fit together using a simple ball and groove system. So, the phone holder can rotate and change angles while strapped to the handlebars. The ball and groove mechanism stays in place surprisingly well...almost too well. When I tried to change the holder position the ball side of the connection started to tear. I had to turn it very carefully to keep it from completely tearing off. But knowing it can tear off, I just handled it more gently. There are Peloton phone holder that are designed much better, but this phone holder works well enough and the price it right.

Works good if strapped on tight
This phone holder is very simple and easy to use. It holds the phone well on its side but can slip if it isn't tightened as much as possible around the bar. My iPhone fits very snugly in the holder itself but am not sure how it holds larger phones or thicker phone cases. I recommend to anyone who wants an inexpensive and easy to use phone holder while riding their stationary bikes.

A little tricky to attach but grips handle
The band is a little tricky to attach to my treadmill, but not impossible. The posts are smooshy and it takes a little patience to get them in the provided holes. I was worried that it was too loose, but the rubbery silicone provided nice grip and my phone didn't move. I have an Otterbox cover on my iphone SE and it fit in the holder without issue.

Works, but is big and bulky
This works well enough. A little more bounce to it than my other spring clip. I think this is a very good option for a home machine. If you were getting this as a travel companion, you can get smaller ones for cheaper that work even better IMO. I have a little gray one that is more like what you'd expect to use as a camera mount and it's much smaller, so I was surprised when I saw the size of this. That said, it works fine.
