Why is the 11% organic cane alcohol in it?? And why is this added? need a good valid answer please.

I'm responding to the other answer stating that this is just "another sugar alcohol." This is false. The alcohol in this product is to keep it from spoiling, it is not for sweetening.

If you've tried any of the other monkfruit drops, how does the sweetness compare?

I've tried Truly Zero Liquid Monk Fruit Sweetener by Keto and Co. This NOW Foods brand is about half as sweet compared to the Keto and Co. brand, but I really wanted to avoid the preservatives that the Keto and Co. one has in it. Plus I like the fact that the NOW Foods one is organic. They're both really sweet, so you only need a few drops in a drink, for example, to sweeten. I'm happy using a little more of this one with fewer chemicals, especially since this is mostly used by my 8-year-old diabetic daughter.

Is this a plastic bottle or glass? Is there a flip cap with a hole for drops?
