I bought this specifically to mount the third picture from the left. Outer two easy. Second from left more challenging. Spent a week trying not to build scaffolding. Found this and it worked perfect with my ladder.

I needed to install a motion detection security camera and a motion detection flood light high on the side of my garage, near its peak, which is built on a significant slope. I researched various ladder leveling devices thinking I’d have to buy something that attached to my ladder requiring drilling holes and installing hardware. I discovered a much simpler solution when I ran across Ladder Leveler. It proved up to the job providing a sturdy, rock steady level base for my extension ladder with no slippage of the leveler on the ground nor the ladder on the leveler. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

this is a clear knockoff of a pivot except notice they advertise it as a stair level and avoid any photo of a roof or high risk environment? doesnt instill confidence so star deduction...but seems solid overall.

Works well.

Why didn't I get this years ago? Takes the sketch out of using the ladder on unlevel ground.

Don’t trust it to hold your ladder. When these devices first came out I purchased one from the original manufacturer. It cost me about $100, it was sturdy, well built. It’s been several years and it was time to replace it. To my surprise, there’s several “cheaper” options on the market. Well, you get what you pay for - fresh out of the box this support is flimsy, wobbly, and even arrived broken. Buyer beware, Use them for the occasional wedge support, but don’t trust them to hold your weight off a 32-40ft ladder.
