Facts are this: 204 kcal, 15g high protein, 23 vitamin and minerals, not any sugar added. Importance of such blend brings topic of magnesium, which help towards reducing tiredness and feeling of fatigue. Also it is helping towards normal energy yield of metabolism. Vitamins B6 and b12 see an inclusion, which is helping normal functioning of immune systems. Also calcium to play its part for normal functioning of digestive enzyme. 100 x better that the powder you mix at home

My favourite flavour! I'm currently doing the liver reduction diet prior to keyhole surgery. I was concerned initially as the tinned slim fast powder that you mixed at home, gave me terrible side effects. These ready mix bottles haven't given me any, which I'm relieved about. The price is also great, considering I'm drinking 5 a day..

Handy to have around

For the "oh, no. I haven't got the time to grab/get/buy/prepare anything today" It fills up for a few hours and you can eat(drink) on the go. I would however give 4 stars because of the amount of sweeteners. It makes me bloaty and farty, which is not ideal. I checked my symptoms and "Mr Google" said the sweeteners were likely to be the cause. But, it case of "emergency". It does the job. I would not survive on it for long... or people around me ;⁠-⁠) But I can't fault it.
