My feet are size 7.5, but I usually buy size 8 or larger to get it wide enough. The ball of the foot is wide and “square toed”, but my heels and ankles are normal, so it is hard to find shoes wide enough that don’t flop around and aren’t too long. Also, I have very high arches and insteps so I need shoes that are very deep or they are too tight. A few years ago, I had sciatica causing nerve damage in one foot. This means that any pressure anywhere on my foot is painful. So to walk, I need a thick soft cushion and I really don’t want shoes that are tight or put pressure at all. I bought these shoes based on others’ comments that included a good description. Just saying “it fits” is not helpful because I don’t know if your feet are like mine. I was mentally prepared to send them back and try again; I couldn’t imagine finding shoes that I can wear. Also, I have long-covid and spend a lot of time sitting. I thought it would be nice to have good-looking shoes to wear for Thanksgiving that I could just keep on my feet while sitting in a recliner. For those of you who have high arches and instep, you know that when you stand on your foot, the top of the shoe gets loose, but when you lift your foot it gets tight. I was looking for shoes that would not feel tight so that I could keep them on my feet while I’m sitting in company. Anyway, I thought it was impossible (I’ve been wearing ugly spongy Crocs and kicking them off when I sit). BUT these shoes fit securely - so I can walk in them, AND they do not feel tight across the top - so I can sit in them, AND they look nice!! I ordered size 7.5 (my true length size) and a regular wide because I have regular wide feet. The elastic is secure around my heel and ankle; it doesn’t need shoe laces or straps to hold it in place. I did need to add foam inserts because of my nerve damage, but there was space to do that! Amazing!

The color and design is wonderful. However the sizing runs big in length and width. I normally wear a 10 so I went with a 10W per my podiatrist recommendation. They were HUGE. I will be reordering in a smaller size and not wide. My foot has arthritis and a previous bunionectomy and they were swimming in thos size.

Love the color. Slip on feature is really nice. Width and toe box was good for a wide width. Length was a little short so would be best to order a 1/2 size larger.

Have really really wide feet. Short and wide. This is first time my piddy toe wasn’t cramping and getting smushed against a seam of a normal “wide” shoe. The “X Wide” is definitely for me, they are comfortable, and the heels really support those that lean in. I wish it wasn’t a simple cloth covering. But maybe that’s the new thing. All I know is - Will buy again.

These shoes hurt my feet, I would not recommend them to anyone.

It is very difficult to find sporty looking wide with shoes. These did and they were very comfortable and very sporty looking.

Love the shoe, very comfortable. I have a very wide foot and it fit beautifully . But I needed a shoe horn to put it on. Definitely not a slip in like the Sketchers. These are more comfortable and a better buy.

The shoe did not fit right it was lot bigger than I thought. The size was wrong. Can't use it at all too big.

Sehr gute Schuhe für mich. Sie sehen zwar etwas mächtig aus aber man geht darin wie auf Wolken. Immer wenn ich Rücken oder Knieschmerzen habe ziehe ich nur noch diese Schuhe an und nach kurzer Zeit werden die Schmerzen weniger. Ich werde mir sie mit Sicherheit wieder kaufen falls das irgendwann nötig ist

I actually bought these for my husband as he has small wide feet and has diabetes. He also has difficulty putting his shoes on.These shoes were ideal due to the large Velcro flaps and them being extra wide.My husband finds them very easy to put on and off and very comfortable to wear.

I ordered my size, 6, and they are enormous on my rather wide feet. There was no smaller size to see if a smaller size would have fit better, because they looked comfortable otherwise.

Optisch und vom Tragekomfort her ein schöner Schuh. Leider nicht sehr langlebig, nach nicht allzu langer Zeit bildet sich schon ein Loch von innen in die Sohle hinein.
