What's the difference between this and the rxf41ax7?

The two watches are in fact identical in size and appearance. The only difference between them is that this one (RJ655AX9) has a screw-on case back whereas the other one has a press-on case back. Why on earth Lorus did this is a mystery.

I took it to jewellers for a new battery and they found no way possible to remove the back,does that mean its fit for the bin?

You can buy an adjustable watch back removal tool here on Amazon for about £7, it comes with a watch holder (also adjustable) the battery would be about £2. I just bought this exact watch and did an experimental loosening of the back and it was easy. Of course I tightened it back up afterwards!
