This bar will definitely help with older folks like me or people with shoulder mobility. Easily put together and works well. I only go light as I am 55 years old but feels sturdy. Note, make sure you use clamps or a collar as the bar is really slick( no tooth) and plates will easily slide off.

I bought this for my kids and it works great - the only thing that I get complains about is the handle as it is rough on the hands but nothing some lifting gloves cant fix. Other then that - its a great product - very sturdy - perfect size, and very easy to assemble.

Easy to assemble. It makes squatting easier so great for a home gym. Very lightweight and quality it great. I haven't up the max weight on it yet so can't attest it it will function at 700lbs bit works great at up the 300lbs I've put on it

This is an absolute game changer for me. I have some shoulder issues, making squats difficult. This bar has changed that completely. It's well built and the handles and offset are perfect. It feels comfortable on my shoulders. It has given me the ability to do squats without pain in my shoulders and I think my weight will go up quickly. Very happy with everything about this bar. It's a great addition.

Very sturdy bar and can hold a decent amount of weight.

50y/o with back issues and this helps keeping me squating. Forced you into a proper stance. Nothing bad to say. Get lifting.

Super poor quality!!!!! The bearings are nice but it doesn't matter if the bar isn't even straight! The bolt holes aren't in line at all I don't think I can even try to use this safely. I so disappointed I always wanted to use one of these squat bars.
