This pillow is comfy but too puffy. My head is supported but not neck

I have been looking for a GOOD pillow for SO long! Most either go flat in a day or are so stiff that I wake up with neck pain and soreness. This is the perfect balance. I've been sleeping better for the last month and the pillow really seems to be keeping it's loft. I haven't noticed a decrease so far. Looks nice and full on my bed as well! The packaging is really nice and comes in a beautiful carry bag. Great for storing extra pillows or bedding in the closet!

I would not call this pillow extra firm but rather a medium firmness. It doesn't offer enough head and neck support for me as a side sleeper.

I love my Queen Anne pillows and they are the very best pillow I have ever bought! The customer service is AMAZING! The responses were friendly, patient and very knowledgeable and they even helped me with a firmness question on the pillows and matched me with the perfect pillow for my sleeping style. Will definitely be buying another one in the future! I even bought one for the wife and my parents and everyone loves them! They are very high quality and definitely worth every penny!

I had high hopes for this pillow since it was supposed to contain 31 oz. of fiberfill. I can't imagine where it is. The pillow is mostly air! When I put my head down, it left a huge impression right out of the box. I can't imagine how poorly it would perform after a few months' use. There is nothing extra-firm about this pillow. I sent it back for a refund immediately.

After years of trying several different pillows from $20 Wal-Mart pillows to much MUCH more expensive ones, these Queen Anne extra firm pillows are absolutely AMAZING! I no longer wake up with headaches and a stiff neck. Getting a good night's sleep is priceless. This pillow is highly recommended worth its weight in GOLD! I may even have to buy a couple more for our guest bed as their quality is superb!

The pillows are not firm enough….I had a neck ache every night. When I went to return the window to return was closed! Not fair! I bought $10 pillows at Target that are way better!
