Better than BioFlex
After swallowing endless Bioflex pills that nearly choked me, it's great to have a cheaper alternative. So far this supplement is performing way better than Bioflex. My joints and knees are slowly getting back to form after lots of pain and grinding in those areas. It also has collagen which is very important for cartilage repair. Big bonus!

Knees feel better
I have been taking this supplement for almost a year. It only took about a month for me to notice that I had less knee pain! So, I have ordered since then and I make sure that I take them daily. I love that I only have to take one/day to get the same benefits that other supplements offer but with 3-4 capsules/day.

Make sure you read your labels!
Make sure you read the label! I purchase this for the ingredients listed on the title and the bottle which is what I wanted but I should have checked them all. This has 2,000 IU of vitamin D which is a lot and combining that with my daily multivitamin would put me right at the upper safety limit for vitamin D. I wouldn’t purchase this again because of that ingredient.
