They work but gross
So they work. I put them out towards the evening, I come back to get water in the middle of the night and I turn on my light to what looked like 50 roaches having a party over this bait food. Gross. The next morning I went to look and I see them all there stuck, moving their bodies up and down like wtf is going on why can’t we move??? Then I started to feel bad. That must be horrible. I can’t think about it too much or I start to feel weird lol. Also be careful not to accidentally step on them or close them because they will stick together and then the roaches can’t even get in. I would say it works good for the bigger ones, the small ones don’t seem too attracted.

It worked. but still need to grease the hinges
But It worked! I think todays Roaches are getting choosey and maybe think that this upscale looking trap has more to offer for them to take a chance maybe? Through years of evolution, the new 2025 model bugs and prto types have gotten smarter, I notice they realize when your onto them and sometimes play daid when they are not! So if it caught em Im impressed. Oh Don't leave food out anywhere inside, The new models have long distant sensors.

Caught!
I tried a different brand that didn't work. I caught his a** same day I put these traps down. They definitely work. You get so many for the price so it definitely worth it. Great quality as he wasn't able to leave the board. I didn't fold them up like a taco so I'd say they are quite easy to use. Great size and very sticky. If you live in America you can understand when I say they are also effective at catching the creepy crawlers too. My floors are off white so the traps kind of blends in and the fact that they are flat also helps...maybe? The first ones I tried were black and didn't sit flush with the floor so that may have contributed to them not working. Oh they have a peanut buttery scene but it's not that serious. The smell doesn't permeate the room. I highly recommend. I would've taken a picture of the home invader on the trap to show that it worked but I can't stand the sight of them things. Not to mention, I think that would've been gross and weird and unnecessary. Anywayz, I believe these traps are worth trying. Good luck getting rid of your home invaders.

For Mice not Rats
I purchased these glue boards to resolve a rodent problem in my garage. The boards are basically light duty thin cardboard sheets, and when you opt to fold them into a covered box trap they end up on the small side. Basically best for small mice only, anything bigger will simply pull itself out of the sticky surface or run away with the trap. Pre baited with a scent but I used a bit of peanut butter to entice the vermin further.

Not Effective
I put a number of these down in a rental unit that was having problems. Only one of the five captured any roaches, even though they were well baited.
