These are great vitamin B capsules. When I read the ingredients and they have so much more of the ingredients that the ones I had been taking, I switched! These are less expensive and a lot larger quantity so the value is great. Since I've switched to these, I've had practically no leg cramps or nerve twitching in my legs at night. I'm very happy with my vitamins! I love the stress factor too. I seem to stay calm and not get upset or excited now too- they sure help to keep you calmer.

This is a fabulous buy because of the price and the count. Usually I can only find a smaller count in stores. Been a consumer of B complex for over 40 years. Twinlabs Stress B Complex is the most effective formulation I have yet to try. Been loyal to this product for several years. Sometimes hard to find in stores so have tried others even recently and even more costly-no comparison.

Many years ago, I took a supplement called Vicon-C, which did amazing things for my face/skin. It was recommended to me by a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon who told me it was often used for patients after surgery to help them heal. He said that he recommended this to all of his patients as the results were better than a chemical peel. Unfortunately, Vicon-C was discontinued and I've been searching ever since for something like it. These Twinlab Stress B-Complex Caps with Vitamin C are the closest thing I've found. Vicon-C did also contain zinc, which this does not, so I also take 2 50mg tablets of Zinc (I use Now Foods brand) each day. Once again, my skin is blemish free, incredibly soft, and even glows. I've taken many supplements that don't do anything for me, but with this I can see a dramatic difference and it only took about 1.5 to 2 weeks to notice it.Like some other reviewers, this has bothered my stomach a bit, and I've noticed an aftertaste, but I find that if I take just one at a time, at two different times during the day, I don't have any problems.

I've been using this product for about 2 months now and must say that I'm very impressed with the results. I was dealing with anxiety issues that were interfering with my daily routine. Within a few days of taking this product I noticed a sense of calm that really took the edge off of the anxiety. The anxiety I was experiencing was for "no reason" and came on out of the blue and lasted for a majority of the day. I have not had a single episode of "harsh" anxiety since I started taking the capsules. I suspect that I'm not experiencing a psychosomatic placebo effect since I usually tend to have all of the "rare side effects" of any supplement or medication before I even take the pill, unfortunately. The only downside is that my pee is bright florescent yellow most of the day -but I'll take it over the anxiety!

tough formula on the stomach but it's fine other wise...some people won't be able to tolerate...if you have GERD be careful

I have been using this particular product for years, and it keeps my defenses up. I don’ Catch even a cold. Besides, B-complex tabs smell very strong and don’t taste good, and this one is coated so that does not happen. I would like to keep using it on a daily basis as I am, but......I wish to understand why in a matter of four months the price of this capsules went from $28 to $100Is there a mistake in the pricing?
