Great except for drain
When redoing the bathroom, I really wanted a waterfall type sink faucet. But the more I thought about it the more I didn’t want it to be completely open so dirt and grime was falling into the area where the water would flow through. That kind of grossed me out. But there’s still faucets out there that give that style of water flow, and this happened to be one of them. I was going from a three hole system to a one hole system and I was thrilled to just have one handle. When this arrived, I called my contractor to put it together because I’m clueless. When you looked at the picture, he picked up the drain part and was flabbergasted at the size of it. And we held it up to the normal drain too. It’s about two times as big. Neither one of us could figure out why. This makes absolutely no sense to either of us. Why would the drain stopper be so huge? So what I had to do is order a separate normal size Drain stopper to go with this faucet. So please keep that in mind if you’re going to order this. Other than that, the faucet is beautiful and works great. It was an easy install. I just don’t understand the gigantic drain stopper.

Modern, Love The Waterfall!
It's nice to have a manufacturer who cares to make quality items such as this faucet. We are going black and gold for our towel rack, sink and overhead light over the bath sink. This works out very well. The same manufacturer (hoigy) also makes a brushed gold faucet that looks like an old fashioned water pump. The flow is more open yet and we have that in our other bath. This one is all black except for the single handle over the top of unit. I don't have to worry about water spots as just handling the handle unless you make a sudden movement with hands you should not get any water splashing onto the faucet. We had a nickle finish one (waterfall) that was continually getting dried water spots on it that were HARD to get clean. No problem with either of these faucets! I love that! This one installs so easily. To install, you place the base on top of your sink covering the 2 outside holes if you have a 3 hole like us. Then stick the lines and faucet down in through the middle hole. You then push up a round attachment piece of metal that holds everything very solid and secure. Once that is stuck through a threaded shaft and around the inlet hoses, you thread the long nut up the shaft. You have to take off the long nut beforehand. They give you a black plastic tool that you then stick on the end and with someone up top to make sure faucet is centered correctly you then tighten it up. SO easy! Then screw in supply lines to the hot and cold. After that, once you take the drain pipe out, put the new one down the drain in sink after taking off the rubber washer and large plastic nut. Then put back the large washer from underneath and thread the large plastic nut up the drain shaft until it is quite snug. Test water flow after turning on plus make sure the drain works when pushing it down and popping it up again. Now, the only issue I had is after turning on the hot/cold all the way, the faucet REALLY splashed up the sink and onto my chest! Not cool.So I had to crank hot and cold down to almost shut before the water would not splash over the front part of the counter. It still has a good flow even after shutting it mostly down!I had another brand which looked identical but I never could get a good flow of water from it even after purging the lines. This one, lets just say....not a problem! So other than closing down the water valves I really love this faucet, 2 thumbs up!

Works well and looks good
This was an easy to install faucet. Even if you don’t have a lot of plumbing skills, it was easy to use. The product itself is well made and easy to clean and maintain. It meets and exceeds all my expectations. I can recommend this product.

I didn't know that I would like a waterfall faucet so much.
What a nice faucet. It is quality made and the waterfall flow is amazing. I remodeled my bathroom four years ago and I avoided a waterfall faucet, I thought it would not have enough flow for cleaning out my razor blade and I was wrong. This is the best faucet I have ever had in a bathroom. My bathroom has a standalone sink, so I painted the hoses rubbed oil bronze to fit the theme. The water flow not only looks good, but there is also plenty of power to the flow to clean out my razor blade. The wide flow is nice when washing my hands and the lever moves so smoothly. Now I recommend a waterfall faucet and this one is an excellent choice. The finish is beautiful, the installation is easy. A tool is included for connecting the hoses to your water supply. Each hose has color bands, so you know which is hot or cold water. The installation is so easy that most people can install this themselves. You can use the base or not. Mine is installed with a single hole sink. If you have a three hole sink the base should cover the two you no longer need. The water hoses are pre-attached to the faucet and the tool also tightens the nut to secure it to the sink. No other tools are needed. This comes complete and ready to install. They offer several different finishes to cover different likes. Don't be like I was and think that a waterfall faucet isn't as good as a traditional one. It's better and for now on, it's a waterfall faucet for me. I can see that this will last for many years to come. There is also no filter to deal with and that is what made me want to replace my current faucet. The filters are a pain in the.. to take off and reinstall.Buy one, I'm sure you will be as happy as I am to have one.
