It’s not scented per se, but it does have an unpleasant chemical smell to it which makes me wish that it was scented with some lavender.

Absolutely you can spray it inside shoes. Just make sure to let it fully dry, like say overnight, before putting them back on

Q: Will it work to remove mold and mildew from outdoor chair cushions?

I don't know. It makes things smell better but not sure its strong enough to Elizabeth mold

If it's a set in stain. I've used it on pet stain on carpet and it disappeared. Not sure if it's intended to be used as that but it work
