Made my snoring worse and is non-returnable!
Obviously this isn’t eligible for returns since you have to mold it to your mouth. That part was easy and it molded perfectly for a good fit. That’s the only part that earns this review a 1-star. It’s a little uncomfortable in your mouth which I somewhat expected but I did not expect it to make an even louder noise when I sleep. I got the same results each night I tried it so this was a big, resounding NO for me and my wife. God bless that woman, she’s a trooper. Also worth noting, wearing this caused me to build up a lot of drool through the night which would leak onto my pillow and sheets. This product was a failure for me and was a quick way to lose money. I hope you have better luck than I did!

Not enough plastic to work for me
PHOTO: Left side is the reviewed product. Right side is what works for me.First, I've been using these type of products for several years. The ones I've used prior to this one all worked well, at least according to my wife. I bought this one to replace an older one I had, and chose this one based on price. Mistake. This device is very lightweight, not much to it. I followed the instructions by putting it into boiling water for about 15-20 seconds. Only when I pulled it out with a pair of tongs, the plastic fell back on itself and stuck to itself deforming the "hinge" area in the back on one side. I managed to straighten it best I could as it cooled, then put it in my mouth and bit down to form the mold to my mouth. Believe me, there's just not enough here to prevent an adult from snoring. My others are much larger, heavier, substantial and hold my mouth in position while I sleep. This one did not. Spend a bit more and get a different brand.

Comfortable to sleep with in mouth
Unlike other snore guards I've tried thatclamp your moth shut like a vice, this guard is fitting, yet flexible, moves with your mouth, not constructed to rigorously control moth movement This is another example of getting what you want and paying a fair price for it.

*** UPDATED! I WAS WRONG! *** Significant improvement, verified by my SnoreLab app
******* UPDATE *********Silly me, I didn't read SnoreLab's documentation. The higher the snore score, the worse your snoring is! I was thinking the closer you got to 100, the better was sleep that night. D'oh! I went from 37 with no device, then 78, and 84 with it. When I then got 118, I realized I was wrong.. Last night with no device, I was back down to 68. I can't endorse a product that makes a condition worse. As is often said in reviews, I wish I could leave zero stars.**************************The expensive molded appliance that my dentist arranged for me finally started to disintegrate after ten years of use, so I thought I'd try an inexpensive one. This one had 4.3 stars for $28, so I decided to give it a try. It wasn't until after I ordered it that I noticed that all of the 5-star reviews were from Brazil, and all the bad ones were from the USA. Hmmm. The box it came in made no mention of the company or country of origin, nor were there any assurances that it wouldn't release bad chemicals in my mouth all night. Hmmm. The directions said to "...put it in to boil water for about 15-20 seconds." Hmmm.Fortunately the Amazon listing had a user video that showed it being placed in a bowl of hot water, not into a pan of boiling water which probably would have ruined it completely as it appears to have done for some other reviewers. I therefore boiled water, poured it in a bowl and used my digital meat thermometer to wait until it read the recommended +/-190° F. I submerged the mouthpiece in the water for a count of twenty and extracted it with the included handle. I noticed that the wall of the trough for the lower teeth had collapsed a bit and curled in on itself (as others have reported). The device almost immediately cooled to where I could put it in my mouth, and I did my best to massage it to try to get rid of the collapse, and to mold it to my teeth, then submerged it for a couple of minutes in some ice water to set.It felt snug and comfortable enough in my mouth in spite of the moderate distortion, and I felt a definite improvement in airflow in a number of sleeping positions. The night before with no device in use, my SnoreLab app (7-day trial then $30/year - I'm going to subscribe) reported a sleep score of 37 along with hours of recorded disgusting snoring (fortunately my lovely wife is not a light sleeper!). The next night with this device in place it reported a score of 78, and nowhere near as much "loud" or "epic" snoring recorded. Snoring was not eliminated for me, but it was definitely greatly reduced. Unfortunately I had not used the SnoreLab app when my original appliance was functioning, so I can't compare them.It will be interesting to see how long this one stays intact and holds its shape, as well as continuing to keep my sleep score up. I'll try to report back after a month or so. I was tempted to give it 4 stars because doubling my overall sleep experience would make it worthy of that rating. Perhaps I still might.

Not the quality I had expected…very disappointed!
I eagerly awaited the arrival of this item. But, when I opened the package I felt duped! The mouthpiece looks like it was made for a child. It was quite small and flimsy. It requires you to put it in hot water to mold it for your unique mouth. But, when I removed it from the water to put it in my mouth for the custom fit it cooled too quickly! I tried twice but it resulted in a misshapen mess!

Bad description
Recieved product and wanted to return it within 1 minute of opening it, this product is not returnable even though it doesn't say so on the website - made of hard plastic and appears to small for an adults mouth - the instructions are useless - total waste of money

Doesn’t work
I guess it makes no difference. I’m always asleep. My wife says no good. It’s not comfortable to wear so why would I? I say save your money. It’s in the garbage because it’s not returnable. Make your choice knowing you obviously can’t return something that was in your mouth.

Worked great!
My wife said my snoring stops when I wear it. Only one but of feedback: the mouthpiece is hot when you form it making it hard to form correctly.
