Works as described! Is loud but can be adjusted and the sounds are more similar to an actual whistle sound than the others I evaluated. Happy with the purchase so far!

Air horns are nice, but only give you a few seconds of noise before they're spent and need to be discarded and replaced. I wanted something that would be comparable in dB output, but also be more reliable and reusable. I first purchased another product like this that is prominently shown on Amazon. I immediately returned that one as it was the cheapest thing I've ever held in my hand, and I'd be afraid to even take it outside, much less rely on it in a potentially-dangerous animal encounter.This one feels much, much better. It looks like it will actually handle being outside in the elements and could probably even handle being dropped a few times without concern. I'll definitely be keeping this with me (along with my bear spray) when camping in bear country!

It checks all the boxes for what I need. It’s light weight. Lanyard feature multi functional. I walk through the woods with my dog off leash but cross a public bike path so I can call my dog back while alerting bikers. Also is useful at the waters edge to get the kid’s attention when they are swimming. Bright red easy to spot when I misplace it. Totally worth it.

I purchased this whistle to help me get the attention of the drivers during morning drop off at school. It's pretty loud so it does serve ts's function. However, the metal piece at the top of the whistle fell off after a month of using it. It's not as loud as it used to be.

I work a school. I do recess duty with the students. I bought this because I had a normal whistle but when I had it hanging around my neck students would come up touching it and try to blow it. This whistle takes care of germs. It has 3 different sounds and volume. It is loud. The only complaint is it shuts off after a little bit of time goes by. Each recess is 20min and I have to hold power button to turn on before blowing it for students to line up.

The media could not be loaded. My husband teaches P.E. He loves this whistle! This one is more lightweight than the other two electronic whistles he used before. It is easy to use. Adjust the volume to what you need. Fits comfortably in his pocket. Overall the electronic whistle is worth what we paid.

Too early to really rate - just arrived, but it doesn't sound any louder than Windsor whistle that players claim to be difficult to hear. Due to jaw repairs restricted from blowing a whistle & need a reliable electronic replacement. Will update after some in-service use.UPDATEDoesn't work anymore. All whistle settings and volume level settings only generate a VERY low volume level that you can only hear if you put it right in front of your face. Tapped it a few times, level came back for one blast, then cut out for good. Piece of junk!
