I'm a writer (among other things) and have been fortunate to enjoy a good deal of success at my chosen profession. It does have downsides, however, as I recently found out when I was diagnosed as having a repetitive motion injury in my left wrist. There are surgical options that might help as well as treatments like cortisone shots but I figured I should give natural remedies a shot first.I've started taking a number of supplements with joint supporting properties along with Omega 3, Turmeric, Glucosomine, etc. I've started taking this supplement as part of that regimen as well. I can't really say that any one of these has 'made the difference' but for whatever reason I've experienced far less discomfort over the past two months compared to before I started taking the supplements. I have no way of validating the efficacy of this supplement but it is a well made product with rigorous quality controls, non-GMO ingredients, US made, etc. None of the supplements I've been taking for joint support have caused any side effects and since I've experienced some improvement my thinking is that 'if it ain't broke don't fix it'. If you think that you might benefit from a Devil's Claw supplement this is worth considering due to the quality of ingredients and the close oversight of the manufacturing process. Recommended!

Like many of the other new vitamins/supplements, I’ve gotten this week. I have not noticed a huge change with this. It says take to a day at a time, with food. So I’ve been doing that for 3 to 4 days now, and have not noticed a huge change other than me feeling less hungry, but I’ve tried to other new supplements/vitamins at the same time so I don’t know which one of those is doing that or if it’s just something else not sure yet. Haven’t been on them long enough to tell. It didn’t really say on the site what this vitamin/supplement was supposed to accomplish , so I need to probably look into that. If the bottle goes empty and there’s no change or will update this review. If I continue to take it for a few more days and I see a difference in something after every search what is supposed to do? I will update this also, which ever one comes first. But it doesn’t seem to be doing anything bad at least so it’s not doing anything bad miles will keep taking it and see if anything good no progressively happens. The one to eat less is a good thing for me because I did used to want to over eat but I’m not sure if that’s what this is or not because I also do fast and pray and so I practice self discipline so I can’t say if that’s that or if it’s just because of my spiritual discipline practices.

These are strong Devil's Claw capsules. The capsules provide a concentrated amount of the herb, and it seems to be more effective than other forms of devil's claw supplements that I've tried in the past. I've tried it and works well for me. It's fast and effective. I've been using it as directed for over a week and I haven't experienced any negative side effects. This has a number of potential health benefits as well as side effects, so I recommend talking to a doctor before incorporating this into your daily regimen. didn’t do Jack not worth it. Don’t waste your money.

I got this hoping to help my back pain from a fall. It was easy to take as a smallish capsule, with no aftertaste at all. Unfortunately I couldn't take it long enough to see results as I had to discontinue use because it was causing my blood pressure to rise and stay high. Once I stopped taking it, my BP returned to normal. I was very disappointed in this side effect as I was hopeful to cut down my Rx and OTC pain med use, and it certainly doesn't affect most people, I'm just the unlucky one. This is not a reflection on the product, but do double check with your doctor if you have any BP or heart issues and do your research.
